30-Day Hassle-Free Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on eligible items.
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging
- The product must be in resalable condition
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
What Can Be Returned

✔ Items damaged during shipping
✔ Incorrect items received
What Cannot Be Returned
✖ Opened or used fragrances
✖ Items missing original packaging
✖ Final sale or clearance items (clearly marked)
✖ Gift cards
Why? Fragrances are personal care items and cannot be resold once opened.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include clear photos of the item and packaging
We’ll quickly arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
How to Start a Return
- Include your order number and reason for return
- We’ll respond within 1 business day with next steps
Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Processed within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect the return
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error
International Returns
- International customers are responsible for return shipping
- Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are non-refundable
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method
